Vanessa leads Nostawl Energy with a people-first, results-driven mindset. Before entering the solar industry, she built her career in sales and marketing in Las Vegas’s hospitality and entertainment industries, where she honed her ability to connect with people, build lasting relationships, and create experiences that stand out. That foundation prepared her for the fast-paced, ever-changing world of renewable energy, where she has now spent more than 13 years driving growth and culture.

Her solar career has spanned Tesla/SolarCity, Geoscape Solar, and beyond, with hands-on experience across sales, marketing, project management, and People Operations. She brings this full-spectrum perspective to Nostawl, turning market signals into strategy, strategy into systems, and systems into measurable growth. Known for her ability to build clear go-to-market plans, scalable processes, and high-trust teams, Vanessa ensures both the business and its people are set up to succeed.

As President, Vanessa provides oversight on contracts, finances, strategy, hiring and equity, ensuring that company growth remains aligned with Nostawl’s mission and long-term vision. While she may delegate daily execution to the Chief Executive Officer and leadership team, she remains the final point of accountability for the company’s direction.

Vanessa holds a Bachelor of Arts in Public Relations from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas and a Master of Business Administration from Rutgers, The State University of New Jersey. She is also a Society for Human Resource Management Certified Professional (SHRM-CP), recognized for creating impactful onboarding, training, and engagement programs.
