Rebecca leads Nostawl Energy’s community relations and partnerships strategy, with oversight of how the company engages communities, develops partnerships, and strengthens its reputation across regions. She has authority over community-facing contracts, partnership agreements, sponsorships, and outreach initiatives, ensuring that Nostawl’s external relationships align with its mission and growth strategy.

On a day-to-day basis, Becky manages how Nostawl shows up in the market in building relationships with partners, overseeing events and outreach programs, and creating opportunities that expand the company’s presence. She works closely with leadership to integrate community partnerships into the broader business strategy while maintaining ownership of external engagement and relationship management.

Becky brings more than 20 years of event management and marketing experience from Las Vegas’s hospitality industry, where she managed large-scale events, cultivated vendor networks, and delivered campaigns that connected brands with people in memorable ways. Beyond hospitality, she and her husband have built and run several successful businesses across multiple industries, including a thriving dispensary, giving her firsthand insight into entrepreneurship, finance, and long-term relationship management.

Originally from Portland, Oregon, Rebecca has lived and worked across the country, giving her a unique ability to connect with diverse communities. At Nostawl, she applies that experience to develop strong partnerships, foster goodwill, and ensure the company is seen not just as an EPC, but as a community partner invested in sustainable growth.
