As Chief Financial Officer of Nostawl Energy, Libby leads the company’s financial strategy with a focus on precision, foresight, and scalability. With more than two decades of experience across healthcare, pharmaceuticals, automotive, and renewable energy, she brings both depth of expertise and a passion for building strong financial foundations.

Libby is especially known for her skill in advanced forecasting and projection modeling, which she leverages to anticipate opportunities, mitigate risks, and guide strategic decisions. Her leadership also encompasses cash flow optimization to maintain stability and fund growth initiatives, accurate financial reporting and compliance to instill trust and transparency, and audit and regulatory support to ensure smooth oversight. She designs systems and processes that scale seamlessly as Nostawl expands regionally and nationally.

She holds an MBA from Xavier University and a BS in Finance from Northern Kentucky University, and is a licensed Certified Public Accountant (CPA). In addition, Libby brings advanced expertise in data analytics, SQL, and Power BI, combining traditional financial leadership with modern, data-driven insight.
