Lee brings more than 30 years of leadership in construction and solar to his role as CEO of Nostawl Energy. Before co-founding Nostawl, he spent 17 years as the COO, CRO, and co-owner of Geoscape Solar, where he helped grow the company into one of the most respected solar EPCs in the region. His leadership spanned sales, marketing, operations, and finance, with a track record of guiding large-scale commercial and residential installations from concept to completion.

Prior to Geoscape, Lee owned and operated a successful construction firm in New Jersey for nearly a decade, sharpening the skills in project management, supply chain operations, and client service that continue to define his approach today. His career reflects a consistent theme: building strong teams, delivering quality projects, and leading businesses through growth with determination and integrity.

In 2021, Lee was recognized as Executive of the Year, a testament to his ability to navigate complex markets while creating lasting value for clients, partners, and employees.

At Nostawl Energy, Lee oversees the company’s global growth strategy: building relationships, securing partnerships, and expanding operations on a global scale. Working closely with the leadership team, he ensures projects are delivered with precision and that Nostawl is positioned as a trusted EPC partner worldwide.

Lee studied at the University of Leeds, where he built the foundation for a career defined by both technical expertise and business leadership. Today, he continues to lead with clarity, focus, and a global perspective on the future of solar energy through Nostawl Energy
