Ken Bentley

Ken leads Nostawl Energy’s business development strategy across the United States and Canada, where he is responsible for building the commercial pipeline, securing large-scale opportunities, and developing partnerships that expand the company’s reach. As Director of Business Development, North America, he has oversight of regional sales strategy, client relationships, partnership development, and revenue growth initiatives, ensuring that Nostawl’s expansion across North America is both strategic and sustainable.


He brings more than 20 years of experience in business development, executive leadership, and strategic alliances across industries. Before joining Nostawl, Ken served as Director of Strategic Alliances at Geoscape Solar, where he forged key partnerships with commercial clients, nonprofit organizations, and industry leaders to accelerate renewable energy adoption. Prior to that, he founded and ran Bentley Staffing LLC, a recruiting and consulting firm built on strong client relationships and tailored growth solutions. His earlier career included senior business development roles at Grant Thornton, Quatrro FPO Solutions, Nonprofit HR, and Integrity Staffing Solutions, giving him broad expertise in relationship-building and consultative sales.


At Nostawl Energy, Ken directs how opportunities are identified, pursued, and converted in the North American market. He works closely with the Chief Executive Officer on global initiatives while maintaining ownership of regional strategy, partnerships, and client acquisition. His approach is consultative and relationship-driven, ensuring that growth is not just about numbers, but about building long-term trust with clients and partners.
